1. The whole line can do automatic filling capping labeling printing checking function.
2. The filling machine have Servo motor piston,flow meter,weighing type,etc, It can be selected according to different specific requirements.
3. The capping machine has screw type and press liner type, which can be selected according to different caps specific requirements.
4. The labeling machine has round bottle, flat side, two sides flat type.etc,It can be selected according to different specific requirements.
5. All filling machine pipe use quick-change connector which easy to be cleaned.
6. Height and space between filling heads can be changed quick and easy to operate.
7. All filling valve use new type three way valve instead of traditional valve by general manufacturer.
8. All filling heads are servo diving mode,can be diving from the bottom of bottle to start filling and in the filling process which has fast and slow filling speed adjustment.
9. All the Material is 304SS food grade, the oil touch part are food grade 316L SS food grade and High temperature resistant food grade pipe.
10. The Automatic filling capping labeling machine line can be connected with automatic packing machine system and palletizer.
